CAISS is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with accreditation to undertake assessment within the nationally recognised Certificate IV Insurance Services Qualification.
Our unique Self Insurer on-line training program provides an across the board competency assessment of all staff involved in claims and injury management. The course aims to impart &/or reinforce essential knowledge and understanding of the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme. It covers essential legislation, guidelines, and commission rulings and provides valuable insights into effective claims and injury management procedures.
Our program offers a cost effective and time saving strategy for assessing the basic skills, knowledge level and competencies of nominated key personnel and claims staff. Options include utilising our generic on-line training program or allowing us to tailor and brand a version of the on-line course to meet your organisation’s specific requirements.

Our on-line training program currently relates to NSW, QLD and SA workers compensation legislation, however, a national program can be provided. We are also able to develop advanced modules to accommodate identified needs. These can be tailored for on-line or classroom delivery.
