Comcare Training

CAISS' Comcare Staff Training & Assistance Program is a specialised service for organisations considering a transition to, or already participating in, the Commonwealth Comcare Scheme.

Through our strategic resources group, we are able to provide the following services:

  • Staff Training: Self-guided, easy-to-access on-line technical modules. The program offers both advanced training for workers’ compensation and/or management personnel and introductory training for site and line managers.
  • A Strategic Review & Gap Analysis of claims, OHS and injury management systems.
  • Comcare eligibility advice and guidance through the complicated Comcare licence accreditation process.
  • Staff recruitment: through the transition phase and beyond.
  • Ongoing claims management consulting including audits and supply of claims management systems.
  • Ongoing OHS Systems Management advice and consultation.
